" I felt very lucky to find and stay in this beautiful cottage of Angus and Bean's for 6 nights. I cannot recommend this place and the hosts highly enough. For someone like me who travels for half the year for both work and pleasure, I appreciate what a beautiful space the owners have lovingly created here through their hard work. The cottage, only just recently renovated throughout by Angus and Bean, has been done with such care and high quality workmanship and beautiful wood finishings. It is light and bright with just enough details to make it homely. The kitchen is extremely well thought out and equipped. The fire is amazing and easy to work, heating the whole house. Each day the owners provide a very large basket full of wood. There are beautiful and peaceful views out to the country from each window. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything is extremely clean and well looked after. The location is perfect, being quiet, pretty and rural but so close to all that Pembrokeshire offers. It's 10 mins to forests, about 15 mins to the coast and nearby beautiful town of Newport. The tough thing is to decide where to go each day, with so many options. Angus and Bean always greeted me with a welcoming smile and chat and were very kind to offer their personal favourites with places to walk, see the coast etc. and also lending me their walking maps. This is a wonderful space to relax in and a perfect base for exploring. I will be back. Thank you!"

This is a little paradise. My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights here and we can honestly say we are so happy we chose Bwthyn Bran. Bean and Angus are not only wonderful hosts but caring, genuine people. After traveling from East London, Angus stayed up to let us in at 2am! We also enjoyed a lovely morning sitting with them and their family (and wonderful dogs) in their garden. The cottage itself is stunning. The care and attention that Bean and Angus have put into this place is clearly evident; from the staircase to the stained glass windows, made by Bean no less, they have created a magical, homely place to relax and enjoy the stunning Wales setting. The location is great. Easy drive to the Pembrokeshire coast. We drove to Fishguard and St Davids. Crymych is a small village but with lovely people who relished watching their national team thrash us in the Rugby... We truly enjoyed our stay at Bwthyn Bran. It provided the perfect relaxing setting to unwind from day to day life. We will definitely be going back to stay there and are looking forward to seeing Bean and Angus again!
